I hope you are all well and have weathered Hurricane Matthew with little damage. I am writing to ask that you help us spread the word to students and faculty about our forthcoming Gibbes Distinguished Lecture speaker, artist Jeff Koons, who will be lecturing about his life and work on November 16. One of the most prominent artists working today, his artwork has set record prices at auctions around the world, including the highest recorded auction price for a living artist.
The Gibbes is pleased to offer a special student ticket price of $15 per person for this incredible opportunity. Please note that student tickets cannot be purchased online. They may be purchased by visiting or calling the Charleston Music Hall box office Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-3p.m. at 843-853-2252.
